We take great care to preserve and protect the privacy of all visitors to this website. This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with our terms of service and details our policy towards the collection, use and storage of visitor information.

We do not collect personal information from any visitor unless it is expressly provided to us. We do not share, sell or otherwise provide personal data to third parties in any way other than as detailed below.

When you visit and navigate around our website we collect statistical information relating to site usage. This information does not include any personally identifiable information.

Once the Artist/Exhibitor has signed the prescribed application form, the booth cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. The cost of the booth remains payable in all events. Should there be time to re-sell the booth then we will attempt to do so. We will only attempt to re-sell booth space once we have sold all free booths not already booked. If the booth cannot be re-sold then you are liable for the full balance. With the exception of late bookings, sums due to the company must be paid on completion of the application form and no later than 28 days prior to the event.

The exhibitor will adhere strictly to the payment method agreed. If payment is not received as prescribed the booth may be considered as unsecured and made available to prospective exhibitors on the waiting list. In such circumstances the company reserves the right to recover the full balance due from the original exhibitor.

Deposits paid by exhibitors are non-refundable

All property delivered to the company or venue in connection with this order shall be at the total risk of the exhibitor. All property not reclaimed by midnight on the final day of the event, will be disposed of by the company as it deems fit, with no recompense to or consultation with the exhibitor.

The company’s quality control agent will check booth displays. Any exhibitor who is deemed to display undesirable goods or services will be required to leave the premises and the booth will be closed. The company will not issue refunds in such cases. PLEASE NOTE: Tattoo Artists are NOT allowed to sell tattoo machines or supplies from their booths, if you would like to sell machines or supplies a separate trade booth must be booked in the Trade Area.

The company warrants to attract members of the general public to the event but accepts no responsibility whatsoever for final numbers to the event.

The company cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to exhibitors equipment, stock, booth, persons or vehicles howsoever caused. Entry to the event is at the exhibitor’s risk. In the unlikely event that the convention is cancelled, or postponed, either in part or in whole the exhibitor will be offered a similar sized booth at a future Tattoo event. Refunds will not be given in any circumstances. The company strongly recommends that the exhibitors obtain their own adequate insurance against these events.

All exhibitors are required to have adequate Public and Products liability insurance in place covering their attendance at the event. The company reserves the right to inspect certificates of such insurance, and should there be any dispute over the sufficiency of such insurance, the decision of the company will be final.

The company will not pay any compensation arising from the convention, these terms and conditions, or in any other way whatsoever to any exhibitors or their agents and representatives.

A number of promotional entry tickets to the convention may be allocated to exhibitors at the companies discretion. The exhibitor warrants that he/she will not sell the promotional tickets for profit.

It is not allowed to leave the convention before closing time, exceptions are possible if confirmed with the organization. Respect the paying visitors!

The exhibitor, on signing or attending, agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
